The costal resort of Side in Turkey provided a fantastic view of the total solar eclipse in 2006. This video shows the stages from just before totality up until the final diamond ring. Our seven year wait for clear skies in an eclipse was well paid. Many around us described it (predictably) as "the best eclipse ever!". And for us, at least, it definately was. |
